◎ Advantages and Features

✔ HDPE/PP/FRPP pipes comply with the S12.5 series standards for wall thickness, which is thicker than that of standard pipes. The pipe walls absorb sound and block noise generated during drainage, effectively isolating audible sound waves.

✔ The interior of HDPE/FRPP pipes features flow-guiding vanes spaced at specific intervals. Water flows down the pipe walls in a spiral pattern, forming an unobstructed air column in the center of the drain riser to enhance ventilation capacity.

✔ The piping system is equipped with special swirl fittings. Water flowing from horizontal branch pipes into the riser enters tangentially, preventing the incoming flow from colliding with the existing flow in the riser. This ensures that the water in the riser flows downward in a spiral pattern, creating a relatively dense swirling flow that significantly reduces noise in the piping system.

◎ Hot-Melt Socket Welding

1. Connect the hot-melt welding tool to a power source; it may only be used for pipe connections once the indicator light shows that the operating temperature has been reached;

2. Cut the pipe to the required length; the cut end of the pipe should be perpendicular to the pipe’s axis;

3. Remove burrs and rough edges from the cut ends;

4. The connecting surfaces of the pipe and fitting must be clean, dry, and free of oil; if necessary, clean them with a dry cloth or acetone;

5. Use a caliper and a suitable marker to measure and mark the socket insertion depth on the pipe’s insertion end;

6. Insert the pipe end into the heating sleeve without rotating it, advancing it to the marked depth. At the same time, push the fitting onto the heating head without rotating it until it reaches the specified mark;

7. Once the heating time is complete, immediately remove both the pipe and the fitting from the heating sleeve and the heating head simultaneously, then quickly insert them straight and evenly into each other without rotating, to the marked depth.
